Do You Have This On Your Menu?

Give the couples at your tables something they'll remember long after the meal.

Look across your tables on any evening and you'll see it. Couples on their phones. Couples who have quietly run out of things to say. A beautiful meal, and a flat, silent night.

You can be the place that changes that.

The Conversation Menu is a deck of beautifully written question cards for couples, comprising of 36 different topics, with 30 questions for each topic. It can live in your restaurant or café, helping you to add value for your patrons. You download it, print it, eight cards a page at 55 × 90 mm, and cut the cards. Your waiters slip a couple a question or two with their meal, and something lovely happens. The phones go down. The talking starts. And the evening becomes one they remember.

Because communication is the heartbeat of every relationship, and you get to be the place it comes alive.

Why put it on your menu

  • Couples linger longer. A relaxed, talking couple stays for another coffee, another glass, a dessert.
  • They remember your place. People return to where they felt close. You become the spot where they really talked.
  • You stand out. On a street full of good food, you become the café that serves connection.
  • It costs almost nothing. Download, print, cut. That is the whole setup.
  • Word travels. A couple who had that kind of night tells their friends, and posts the card.

How simple it is

No app, no training, no fuss. Download the deck, print and cut the cards, and keep a small stack by the till or in an apron pocket. Your team is ready in five minutes.

Three simple ways for your waiters to serve it

Hand each couple two different questions, so they can choose one, or enjoy both.

  1. With the menus. As you hand over the menus, place two cards face down on the table. "While you decide, here are two questions to enjoy together, on us."
  2. Between courses. As you clear the starters, set two cards down beside them. "Something to talk about while you wait for the main. Pick whichever one you fancy."
  3. With the bill. As you bring the bill, offer two cards to take home. "A little gift from us. Two questions to carry home for later."
